Internet Explorer is one of the most hated programs in Windows. With IE, a lot of people find themselves open to more viruses and popup ads than they experience when they run any other kind of web browser. While it does come with the convenience of being packaged with Windows, that appears to be among its few advantages over anything else.
When you download a file it ought to be because you want it for some purpose of your own. However, with Internet Explorer a lot of hackers have tons of code lined up ready to take over your web browser and sometimes your computer. The ultimate extension of this makes an inroad into your computer known as a Trojan horse, which allows malicious code to make your computer into a slow-moving zombie used to attack other computers and do the bidding of a criminal from some distant part of the world.
Internet Explorer also doesn’t agree with some very important parts of the online world like WordPress and CSS. When you can’t work alongside these components, a lot of business just can’t get done. And when this happens, you know you’re not using a very successful piece of software. Considering IE is several revisions in and they still haven’t made it secure or as functional as some beginning forms of other operating systems, there’s a serious problem that probably won’t go away. In a perfect world, you might just want to go with something like Chrome or Firefox.
